Lagoon Home Savings & Loans Limited is a wholly owned Nigerian company. From inception, Lagoon Home Savings & Loans Limited has operated from a functional purpose built business office in the heart of the central business district of Victoria Island with a license to offer a wide range of financial services in the mortgage finance sector.
With an initial paid-up capital of N5million in 1993 the company currently has an authorized share capital of N2 billion divided into 4 billion (Four Billion) ordinary shares of 50k (Fifty Kobo) each and paid –up capital of N324 million. Gross earnings, which were N138 million as at 31st December 2000 has grown to over N1.29 billion as at Dec 31,2008. Total assets of N633 million as at December 2000 have grown to over N9.4 billion as at Dec 31,2008.
